Public Comments for the DD Council's Five Year State Plan

The DD Council is in the process of reviewing its Five Year State Plan for possible updates for the upcoming Federal Fiscal Year (October 1, 2012 – September 30, 2013).

The Plan can be opened and downloaded at http://www.ddc.wv.gov/about/Pages/StatePlan.aspx. If anyone wishes to receive a paper copy, they may request one from <Jim.H.Cremeans@wv.gov> or call the Council office (304) 558–0416.

Comments will be taken the public until end of business July 20, 2012. People may email their comments to <Jim.H.Cremeans@wv.gov> or mail them to:
