WV Bully Awareness Week and Vigil

This is the Bully-Free West Virginia program with Step By Step's 5th year of having West Virginia Bully Awareness week, it is held the second week of October. This year will also mark the 2nd year for their Vigil for victims and targets of bullying.  The vigil is being on the lawn of the Capital off of Kanawha Blvd. at 6 P.M. on October 8, 2012.
