• Disclosure at the One Stop Centers: Tips & Guidelines
  The Institute for Community Inclusion (ICI) at UMass Boston supports the rights of children and adults with disabilities to participate in all aspects of the community. This publication provides tips and guidelines about when to disclose a disability when working with a one-stop career center.
• Employability Check Up
  This tool from the U.S. Department of Labor provides a snapshot of your chances of finding a job in a particular field based on your education and experience, desired income level and preferred employment location. Use this tool to select an occupation and industry, a state and locality, an education level and a wage level. This information will be used to create your "employability profile" to help you make good career choices. After completing your profile you will be led to a list of job banks and job training resources in your state.

  hires.
• JobTIPS
  JobTIPS is a free program designed to help individuals with disabilities such as autism explore career interests, seek and obtain employment, and successfully maintain employment.
• My Skills My Future
  The Department of Labor's Employment and Training Administration online tool to help job seekers match their current skills to new careers and find out what training is needed to transition from one job to another. This resource includes information about occupational skills that can be transferred from one job to another, a side-by-side comparison chart of likely skill gaps from one occupation to another, and links to training programs that could help address skills needs. Job listings will also be available from the site.
